What is Lead Time for Laser Engraving?

Lead time depends on quantity ordered and amount of previous current orders. Orders over 1,000 take a couple days to produce. We try our hardest to get orders completed as fast as possible. Currently Most orders are shipped same week

Is there a discount for bulk orders of business cards?

Yes, if you are wanting to place an order for more than 500 business cards, even if for multiple employees we offer a discounted rate. Please visit our Contact Us page and get in touch with us!

Return Policy?

We DO NOT offer returns, as most everything we sell is custom made to order. Even Items in store that are not custom made we do not offer returns in most circumstances.

Will We Design a Logo for you or your business?

No, this is time consuming and there are apps that can do that for you. You will need DXF or image of logo you want put on custom pieces. Now we will do Farm/Ranch Brands and monogram if asked because that’s easy and I like ranchers.

Do we offer faster or different shipping methods upon request?

Yes, if you’re willing to pay more for a faster shipping option than we offer we can accommodate. Please leave note on order or contact us before order ships. We understand some things are time sensitive gifts or maybe you just don’t like waiting, like me.
